Check whether your records qualify
Four questions, no files. See whether your company may fit our referral rule.
Your closing or closed company may fit our referral rule
We refer companies with 30 or more full-time employees in the markets this checker covers, including companies that are closing or closed, and your answers fit. This result is preliminary and is not an offer. Apply directly on the buyer's site. Have the person with authority to sign for the company now lead the application, and ask counsel who that is. The buyer reviews the company and its records and decides whether to make an offer.
Your records answer does not change this result. Before you apply, list the records you hold: what each covers, its dates, who keeps it and how long it must be kept.
The next page is the buyer's own application, under its terms and privacy notice. We do not share your answers to this check with the buyer.
The buyer pays us a referral fee only after a company we refer has its data transferred and approved. How we make money
Below our minimum company size
We refer companies with 30 or more full-time employees, and your answers are below that. This checker does not assess your records' value or identify another buyer. Keep following your retention plan; a licensing opportunity is not guaranteed.
Your market is outside what this checker covers
We refer companies with 30 or more full-time employees in the markets this checker covers (the US, Canada, the UK and the EU), and your main market is elsewhere. This result reflects our referral rule only and does not assess your records. Whatever the market, a company can license only records it owns.
